i work at the target in mechanicsville and i really like my job, most of the time. usually i work the closing shift and with every shift there is a different LOD or leader on duty. well tonight it was dayna and she is my least favorite out of any of the LOD’s. she is real nit picky about everything and it’s frustrating cause it’s like i can never do anyhting good enough for her but it’s whatever. unfortunately i got put in the section that i hate the most tonight. the section from dog food to cosmetics and there is a shit load of little things that have to be “zoned” or made presentable for the customer. well at some times i can be somewhat of a perfectionist and when i don’t have that much time i can’t do as much to the small stuff as i want to do. so i basically had to half ass everyhting then dayna gets pissy because i didn’t do it perfect but if i had taken my time she would’ve complained that i didn’t do it fast enough. it really sucks and i really don’t like that lady. luckily i don’t have any problems with any of the other LOD’s. thank god for that or i probably would’ve quit already.
